✨ MEET SARAH WADDINGTON ✨

Originally from Sydney, @sarahwaddingtonmusic studied a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology, Sydney ⚖️👩🏽‍⚖️ and has spent the last 8 years raising her two children and supporting her husband who is a commercial airline Pilot 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨🏼‍✈️✈️

Whilst living in Melbourne, Victoria, the COVID-19 Pandemic provided a chance for reflection in 2020. Sarah was inspired to rekindle her passion for singing and began recording covers from home and sharing them online 🎙️🎶

From there, Sarah was then chosen to be an original recording artist and soloist for the worldwide concept album ‘Treeson: An Eco-Musical’ 🎭🌲 The songs were written by U.S. Composer & Lyricist G Victoria Campbell, Ph.D. and arranged by London-based, West End Composer, Joseph Purdue 🇬🇧🎼

After moving to Perth with her family, Sarah transitioned into live performance as a freelance artist in November 2021, whilst undertaking her Practical Legal Training at a suburban Family Law Firm. With a passion for social justice and the rights of women, children and the elderly, Sarah has delighted those in Hospital, Aged Care, Retirement Living and Disability Services settings with her powerful Soprano tones, spanning more than four octaves 🎤🎵

In November 2022, Sarah was invited to sing at the “Women For The World” Luncheon and Fundraiser in Sydney’s Darling Harbour, for @caritasaust the international aid and development agency of the Catholic Church in Australia. On this day, $104,000 was raised to go towards education and healthcare services for women in poverty-stricken areas of the world 🤍

In December 2022, Sarah was selected as a Soloist for the @joondalupsymphony Carols by the Coast event, a hugely successful concert held at Peter Moyes Anglican School in Mindarie 🎄🎻🎷
